Vitamins That Give You Energy

Vitamins are often unrecognized, ignored, and thought to be a small part of our daily lives. But any vitamin deficiency, big or small, can cause a certain number of side effects and other issues. We have heard of the severe problems, such as seamen often suffering from scurvy and other signs of severe vitamin C deficiency. But most of us will never suffer from a vitamin deficiency that severe. Still, even small vitamin deficiencies can have a huge impact on our daily lives. But if we know nothing different, we don’t necessarily notice.

One of the major areas in which we suffer is in energy. Unfortunately, most major vitamin deficiencies will lead to lower levels of energy and major fatigue. There are some that are more severe than others. But if you want to get through your day, most of the time, vitamins could actually be a more efficient and side effect free alternative to caffeine. It’s just a question of which vitamins you use.

I would suggest just a few. The major B vitamins such as vitamin B6 and B12 have been the most noticed. They improve muscle energy and muscle repair, and they have also been known to improve brain function and clarity. They help you to metabolize many nutrients from carbs and fats for more energy. Likewise, vitamin C has been used to properly absorb iron. While iron deficiencies are less detrimental than overdoses, any deficiency of iron, which is more common in women, can lead to severe problems with fatigue.

Vitamin D has been known to improve the natural absorption of calcium, and this will help you to increase the release of serotonin from the brain while simultaneously helping you to increase metabolism and energy levels, and vitamin E will help you to deliver oxygen to the cells. Vitamin C and E are both antioxidants, which can also kill off free radicals that can hold you back. But best results will be achieved with a combination of these vitamins.


Fighting Back Against Credit Card Companies

You got yourself into debt, nobody’s denying that. You spent the money, you spent more than you could pay off each month, and you didn’t keep track of it all. Nobody got into debt for you. BUT once you get in, it’s like you cannot get out no matter what you do! There are high interest rates, maybe you have more than one credit card requiring minimum payments that have gone through the roof rather recently. The government is bailing them out, and yet they give you no breaks. They try to get around the regulations that are conditions of their bailout!

But there are ways to get someone to help you out. There are ways to fight back against the credit card companies. Especially right now, they would rather have part of what you owe, enough to cover the actual debt rather than all of the obscene interest, than nothing at all. They will work with you if they think that’s the only way. Because why would they want you to go bankrupt and give them nothing at all? That’s why many are now looking into credit card debt consolidation as a better option. It’s better for both parties!

But how does credit card debt consolidation work? Well, they talk to the credit card companies for you. No more harassing phone calls, no more creditors coming to your house. I’ve actually had creditors come to my house searching for someone who has never lived there as far as I know, they certainly haven’t lived there for at least 2 or 3 years in some cases. They are scary, they are intimidating, and they do it for a reason: it works. They’ve learned quite quickly that I’m someone who calls the cops. But still, for a person who is actually in debt, they will go to your neighbors, your friends, they will threaten you even if they cannot actually do it, etc. They will threaten to take away your wages, which keep in mind only one company can actually garnish your wages at any given time, and there are limits depending on how much you make. But wouldn’t we rather avoid this whole mess in the first place?

With credit card debt consolidation, they actually take a smaller payment. They are still covering what you have spent. And you are still paying some interest. After this, I would definitely recommend cutting up credit cards previously used. But they will take all of your credit card debt and combine it into one big debt. This may seem intimidating at first. But when you are paying less each month with these combined payments and paying the debt off faster, it’s not so bad.


Does Caffeine Improve Erections?

Erections are an interesting thing. They are often interrupted by heart disease, type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, etc. But when it comes right down to it, and there are other causes of erection problems such as low testosterone for example, the simple fact is that realistically speaking, most of these have one and only one major thing in common at the simplistic levels. Now of course, many of them are connected to obesity. But you have to go a little deeper. Now of course, in some ways, we should focus on the obesity part even though companies like Vig RX don’t want to and doctors many times are afraid to not be more politically correct. But this being said, at the core of it, it’s not the obesity so much as the lack of proper blood flow actually leading to the problems with erections.

Now of course obesity in and of itself can be tiring. But you could be skinny with high cholesterol and still be tired all of the time, and it would have nothing to do with weight, possibly eating habits, but not weight literally. Caffeine for one thing, found in just about every male enhancement supplement including Vig RX obviously gives you more energy and stamina. This is assumed. But it also gives you something else. Caffeine gets the blood pumping, flowing if you will. So products like Vig RX, just by using caffeine, something so cheap, could ideally speaking actually promote a greater erection.

The problem is that this multi functional ingredient still requires a certain amount to produce clinically proven results. All of the ingredients you would find in products like Vig RX do. But you will not find those amounts there. However, you could and will find those needed amounts in a product called Orexis. Orexis has all of the right ingredients, all of the right amounts, and ultimately speaking, Orexis, unlike Vig RX, will actually show you greater results.


Motrin

-One medication that has been used for pain and swelling is your basic Motrin. I have taken Motrin for many things throughout my life from aches, and pains, to my severe headaches and now for my slight arthritis pain. Instead of taking chondroitin, I have always taken Motrin for my pain. The only thing is that the side effects of Motrin are stomach pains especially if you do not take it with food. One time I was taking Motrin for my stiff joints and I took 4 pills to take the edge off. While swallowing the pills, one of them got stuck in my throat and it was hard to get down. After that happened a while back, I have had this occur more than once. It is crazy because the doctor has told me that it can form a hole in your esophagus and make it very painful anytime you swallow things. I would be careful when taking Motrin and make sure you are taking it with food and not an empty stomach. I guess the most important part is being able to fix the pain of arthritis and if it is not taking chondroitin, I would recommend taking Motrin due to the efficiency of the med.


Bad ankles

I have always had a problem with my ankles from base ball. When I was younger I played ball form the time I was 6 to college base ball and with all those sports comes injuries I have sprained and broken my ankles so many times I cannot tell you. It got so bad that the ligaments in my ankles are so loose I will just be standing there and fall. I was walking down the stairs holding my kid and my ankles gave out we both went down the stairs. I then decided I needed to see a Dr about the problem they told me I would need surgery to tighten up the ligaments. Well I didn’t want to have surgery so I decided to try something else my mother gave me some glucosamine and chondroitin and let me tell you it worked. It has not completely taken away all the risks of falling but it has made it so much better. It also took sometime but it was worth not having to have surgery. Now I no longer fear falling down the stairs and can sometimes even play softball again. It was all because of this one pill.


Joint Exercises

As a 76 year old elderly lady, my grandmother Michelle, living alone for a while had to brave many heavy luggages and had to walk here and there and everywhere because she did not know how to drive. Although incredibly athletic in her earlier years, after the years went past and she gained weight as well as went down to doing no exercises at all, the lubricating substance between the joints began to wear off. Every time she walked she would find herself in intense pain and found that she could neither bend nor stretch her legs. Consequently she ended up going through an implantation surgery. While she was in the hospital she found two exercises that didn’t inflict too much stress on her joints. 1. Crouching down as much as you possibly can – spread your legs at approximately shoulder width (wider if conditions are quite severe) and rest and lean your back onto a wall surface. Then you start to crouch down very slowly. Repeat this motion for 20 more times. 2. Bending legs up and down. Sit in a comfortable position and lift your legs in a perpendicular motion. Sustain for 10 seconds. Repeat this for 15~30 times.
